Bright and romantic style room with queen size bed 160×190 cm, walk-in closet and air conditioning.
GEOMETRIES BEDROOM
Bright room inspired by geometries with French bed 140×190 cm, large wardrobe and air conditioning. Access to the balcony.
SPHERE BEDROOM
Bright room with a fresh and essential style with single bed 90×190 cm, exposed wardrobe, dresser and air conditioning. Access to the balcony.
THE LIVING ROOM
Our spacious and bright living room is equipped with a comfortable 4 seater sofa that becomes a double bed, a dining table and a reading corner with armchairs. TV and air conditioning could not be missing for the comfort of our guests.
UTILITY ROOMS
The property includes an equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, a laundry room, a balcony and a private covered parking space.
KITCHEN
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, dish soap, coffee machine with capsules, fridge, oven, gas hob, dishes (for kids too), kettle, napkins.
BATHROOMS AND LAUNDRY
One bathroom with tub and the other with shower both with window. You will find soap, toilet paper, 3 towels kit. Washing machine, soap for clothes, drying rack, iron and ironing board available in the laundry room.
BALCONY
Large balcony accessible from the living room and from two bedrooms equipped with table and chairs.
INDOOR PARKING SPACE
Free use of the property’s indoor parking space with direct access from the condo’s courtyard. Additional free parkingon street.
